Jonathan Bigelow
President and Chief Executive Officer

Jon leads the KnowledgePoint360 team in delivering award-winning communications, education, and advisory services. He is responsible for strategic direction and for ensuring that the company achieves its goals of excelling in high-value and innovative services, maintaining exemplary content and business integrity, delivering strong and consistent financial performance, and providing an attractive place to work for a talented global team of professionals.

Jon guided KnowledgePoint360’s creation in 2007 from several existing businesses. Previously, for 10 years he was President of Cliggott Publishing Group, a leading provider of clinical journals and medical communications programs, and Group Vice President/General Manager of CMPMedica. He has launched several leading clinical journals, repositioned and revived existing titles, developed innovative education and communications programs, driven higher revenue and profitability, and successfully guided businesses through periods of transition. Earlier in his career, Jon was Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Director of four of America’s best-read clinical journals, including Consultant, The Journal of Respiratory Diseases, The Journal of Critical Illness, and The Journal of Musculoskeletal Medicine; Managing Editor at Physicians Radio Network; and Managing Editor of Patient Care magazine.

Jon serves on the Executive Committee of the Coalition for Healthcare Communication, is a Past President of the Association of Medical Media, and is an invited speaker on industry topics. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Brown University. In 2005 Jon was honored as “Volunteer of the Year” for his leadership in community service in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
